Elementary Classes (4th-5th grades)
Tuition $110 per session, plus $15 annual registration fee per family, renewed each fall
Appropriate for both beginning and returning students. Classes meet once a week for 55 minutes. Family and friends are invited to an Open House on the final class day. Financial assistance is available for all classes. For further class information view the Education FAQs.

Fall Session at ImaginOn
Weeks of September 29-November 17, 2008

LIGHTS UP!
Students develop acting techniques such as character building, blocking and projecting by rehearsing a scripted scene.

COMEDY CLUB
Improvisational techniques improve acting skills. Students practice “thinking on their feet” while creating characters in interesting, and often humorous, situations.

GLOBAL DANCE BLAST
Students explore dance-drama and learn techniques to dramatize culturally diverse stories through dance and music. Discover the world through your feet!

This session will focus on developing musical theatre skills. Students will dance and sing from some of Broadway’s popular shows.

CUE TO CUE
Actors use voice and movement to make interesting and challenging choices. In this class, students develop acting techniques by working with scripts.

Comedic acting is rooted in the principles and techniques of improvisational theatre. Students develop comedic timing as they explore characters and situations without using a scripts.

Eligible families may receive scholarships for classes through our Community Involvement Program. Click the link above for details.

 Class Waitlists
To be waitlisted for a full class simply fill out an online registration form and select your desired class from the regular drop down menus. Although a form of payment is required, you will only be charged if you receive a call from Children's Theatre and accept an open space.

Pineville -located off Hwy 51 in downtown Pineville just past Carolina Place Mall.

Davidson - located on Main St. in downtown Davidson next to Davidson College.

University - located off Harris Blvd. next to the CMC hospital near the intersection of Harris and Tryon.

Huntersville - located off I77, exit 23 Gilead Rd. to Rte 115 south, center will be on left 1/2 block off of Gilead Rd in downtown Huntersville.
