Accessibility Services
If you will require any special assistance during your visit, we strongly encourage you to alert the Box Office in advance so we can best meet your needs: 704-973-2828. Box Office hours are 10 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Wheelchair access
The entire ImaginOn building, including both the McColl Family Theatre and the Wachovia Playhouse, is fully ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. Any employee or volunteer usher will be happy to direct you to restrooms, water fountains, etc.
Entry and exit assistance
An usher can meet patrons who need assistance at the front entrance of ImaginOn on 7th Street, which also has elevator access to the parking deck below the building. Please contact the Box Office prior to the performance to make these arrangements.
Interpreting
Certain performances of our Crown Experience and Tarradiddle Experience productions will be interpreted using American Sign Language. These performances are noted in our season brochure and on the individual show pages on this website.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening headsets may be checked out for a performance. Ask a House Manager if you would like a headset.
Scripts
A copy of the script can be made available upon request one week prior to the performance date. All scripts must be returned to the CTC Box Office. Please contact the Box Office to request your copy.
Service Animals
If you will be attending a performance with a service animal, please inform the CTC Box Office when purchasing your tickets so that we may arrange for an aisle seat.
