We're Making a Difference, Thanks to You!

We know from the countless letters, phone calls and e-mails we receive that we’re making a difference in the lives of young people every day.

We see it in the eyes of children when the curtain rises the first time they experience live theatre. We see it in our classrooms, where the shy child gains confidence and the extrovert shines – and they both learn to work together and have fun doing it. We see it in the schools, where programs like Drama for Healthy Living explore challenging issues, and help young people change their lives for the better.

Our Patrons and Corporate Partners play an integral part in all of these experiences, supporting the productions, classes and programs that impact thousands of young people each year – and ensuring everyone in our community has access to them.

Volunteer With Us

Children's Theatre of Charlotte offers rewarding volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups through two main programs, ENCORE! and our Volunteer Usher Program.

ENCORE!, CTC's year-round volunteer corps, is one of the most active volunteer organizations in the local arts community.
