At Children’s Theatre of Charlotte we believe that providing professional theatre and education programs is a collaborative partnership of artists, educators and supporters who believe in the power of theatre. On our stages and in our classrooms, we inspire wonder and excitement, nurture confidence and spark imaginations. But our programs create a much deeper and broader impact than you might imagine.

• All students who come to performances as part of their school day are provided with generously subsidized tickets for only $6.
• The Tarradiddle Players, our professional touring company, travel the region delivering performances in primarily rural areas where students have few opportunities for live theatre.
• Over 10,000 eighth-grade students in all Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools experience our Drama For Healthy Living production and workshop, helping them make positive choices when faced with the social pressures of alcohol and substance use.
• We provide more than $100,000 in scholarship tickets and education class fees for deserving young people who would not otherwise have an opportunity to participate.
• Our dedication to fiscal stewardship is evident, having completed 28 consecutive years without an operating deficit.
