dogEarlier this month, Children's Theatre of Charlotte and Actor's Theatre of Charlotte welcomed the playwright Steven Dietz back to Charlotte for a series of workshops to solicit feedback and make changes to his two interconnected plays, The Great Beyond and The Ghost of Splinter Cove.

During the 2018-2019 seasons, Actor's Theatre of Charlotte will present The Great Beyond, and at the same time, Children's Theatre of Charlotte will premiere The Ghost of Splinter Cove. The plays both take place in a single house on a single evening, one presented from the adults' point of view and the other from the children's. 

Director of Advancement Linda Reynolds sat down with Dietz while he was here to talk about the project. Watch the interview below!
