Workshops(Limited to 30) These workshops led by Children's Theatre of Charlotte's professional Teaching Artists help families engage with the stories we bring to life on stage by exploring the themes and ideas within the production in a fun and exciting way.

Audience Engagement – These interactive experiences located around the ImaginOn building are available to our families from the first public performance of a production through the entire run of the show. The activities encourage families to create memories through artistic investigation. The exhibits will be changed to reflect the uniqueness of each show.

Backstage Tours – (Limited to 30) Lead by our staff, get a behind the scenes look at how we build all of the elements you see on stage including our scene shop, costume shop and backstage spaces of our theatres.

Demonstration – Following a performance, a special technical element from the performance will be demonstrated and explained to the audience.

Talkback – Following the performance, a staff member will facilitate a discussion between the audience and the artists on stage about the production. Guests on stage may include the playwright, actors or other artistic staff from the production.

Cast Meet and Greet – Following the performance, the actors meet the audience in the lobby of the  theatre to sign playbills, take pictures with guests, and answer questions about the performance.
