Creative Drama | Shooting Stars (Grades 1 to 2)
Exploring the elements of a story through movement, characterization and improvisation, students create an adapted performance of a book from children’s literature.Foundational theatre and acting skills fuse creative and social experience by exploring the elements of a story, improvisation, movement, blocking, and characterization. This class is a great introductory experience before students enter the School of Theatre Training and is appropriate for both beginning and returning students. Family and friends are invited to a sharing on the final class day.
