Summer Camp Refund Policy

We provide full refunds two weeks prior to the start date of Summer Camp sessions. There are no refunds provided after the deadline. Registration and handling fees are non-refundable.

After the deadline, registration may be moved to another summer camp within the same session, if space is available. Programs with low enrollment two weeks prior to the start date are subject to cancellation. Minimum enrollment is required to run each camp. If cancellation occurs, the family will be notified and given the opportunity to select another camp or receive a refund.
