Children’s Theatre of Charlotte offers a wide variety of education programs for your child to enter into the world of theatre! While our award-winning education programs are unmatched in the region, we pride ourselves on producing better people as well as better actors. Whether you're considering devoting your life to the stage or you're interested in participating in the occasional show, our theatre training nurtures and develops a student's life skills: self-confidence, public speaking, collaboration and empathy.

We welcome the opportunity to help your discover your creative spirit in the classroom and in life!

Why should my family take part in your education programs?
  • Our programs feature professional Teaching Artists with specific theatre concentrations, so your child receives the best education available.
  • Our class sizes are small so each student receives individualized attention.
  • We offer financial aid because we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed.
  • Our education families receive special offers to Mainstage shows and discounts to our Education Nights.
